My Approach
As a Licensed Veterinary Technician with around 20 years in veterinary medicine, it was not until behavior issues with dogs during the 2020 pandemic that I discovered a gap that existed between veterinary medicine and dog training! It was then that I made the leap to take my knowledge in canine behavior and utilize a variety of training methods to create a multimodal approach to bridge this gap!
My methods is, there is never just one method! Every human learns differently and the same goes for dogs. This is why I will start out all new dogs with a full behavior evaluation so we can learn more about your dog and how they learn best.
Training & Boarding Services
All of my training comes with lifetime support. I offer:
~ Client education ~ Litter/new pet temperament testing ~ Puppy training course ~ Basic to advanced obedience ~ Behavior Modification ~ Sport/show competition train & prep ~ Game tracking ~ Protection training (additional fees) ~ Service dog training ~ Boarding available for current clients
All training is offered through group classes, private sessions including house calls, board and train packages, and via video conference.
Staff Training & Motivation
Whether you’re a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or a rescue, I am providing courses in pet handling, working with difficult pets, confidence in client education, and building team effort!
